- At live events, the real Michael presents. Video episodes use a labelled AI avatar.
- No discounts, no early-bird pricing, no countdown timers. If a price changes, it steps up on a date published in advance, and list members hear first.
- No offer is made from the stage. The next step is always named, never pressed.
